Germany has stories to last a lifetime, but today I bring you the Sandman. A wandering watchmaker, known to lure young children into the forests, was alleged to hypnotize his victims before killing them. Adolf Seefeldt, aka Uncle Tick Tick or The Sandman, is among Germany's worst murderers.
